When you book a service with DwellingBasics, you enter into a binding agreement. Service appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to our availability. We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid cancellation fees.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their pool systems, previous maintenance history, and any existing issues. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect service quality and warranty coverage.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices quoted are in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to VAT where applicable. Prices may vary based on pool size, condition, and specific service requirements. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

Payment terms include:

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and approved payment methods
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Recurring service contracts require advance payment or direct debit authorization

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

1. Provide safe and unobstructed access to pool areas
2. Ensure all necessary utilities (water, electricity) are available
3. Inform us of any hazards or special conditions on the property
4. Maintain adequate insurance coverage for their property
5. Follow our recommendations for ongoing pool maintenance
6. Notify us immediately of any issues arising after service

6. Liability and Warranties

DwellingBasics maintains comprehensive liability insurance and guarantees workmanship for all services provided. However, we cannot be held liable for:

• Pre-existing conditions not disclosed by the client
• Damage resulting from client negligence or misuse
• Issues arising from third-party equipment or materials
• Natural disasters or events beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We recommend clients maintain their own property insurance coverage.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with UK GDPR and data protection regulations. Information collected is used solely for service delivery, communication, and improvement of our offerings. We do not sell or share client data with third parties without explicit consent.

8. Intellectual Property
